When I first arrived in August, I was terrified of my teachers. I was afraid of the stacks of homework I would have. Every night I thought I would be up till 11:00 every night for the whole school year. I knew right away, this was going to be a hard year.
The only positive was meeting new people. I soon realized I was way wrong.

School was really fun to go to, I actually look forward to going to school every morning. I like all my classes except one , mainly cause I struggle in that class, a lot, but I like the people in that class.

I like a lot of my teachers, especially the teachers that  give me a hard time about the things I like to do or like in general ( Houston Texans).

7th grade has been a rough year for me especially when I fell behind in school. I have learned so much this year including, conjugating verbs in Spanish , paragraphing in English, making punnet squares in science, isolating the variable in math and much more.

What would I be without friends? Nothing, I would be nothing without my friends. My friends have helped me complete many fears, goals and classes that I thought I would never get through,but they have helped me through. I’m glad that the friends I have are smart (some of them), funny and athletic they are just like me.

The first friend I ever made was in kindergarten, I remember what happened like it was yesterday. He came up to me and asked “Do you want to be friends cause our last names are close together?” “Sure your my very first friend.” I tell him.

I was angry with my friend:

I told my wrath, my wrath did end.

I told it not, my wrath did grow.

The way this poem rhymes caught my attention , because its catchy, you could make this a song. The way he changes the mood of the poem dosen’t make it boring.

When I was little, I just couldn’t do without my blankey. It was the softest blanket I ever had.
It had Thomas the Tank Engine picture in a light blue, and also had thousands of tiny threads woven up to be the softest blanket a 4 year old could ask for.

While I had that blanket, I could fly, I could sleep, I could have a cape. I will miss that blanket , it holds a special place in my memory.

Michael Jordan is one of the best basketball players to ever play the game of basketball, he is in the Hall of Fame. This quote means the more you try and the more you fail the more you will succeed.

This quote means to me is never stop just cause you are failing cause the more you fail the more you will succeed. I think of this quote in my basketball games, after I miss a couple of shots I remember this quote and I keep trying.

My favorite place to be is Fanzz!

I like Fanzz especially when I walk in and smell new gear. Fanzz may be expensive or cheap. Everyone has or will go to Fanzz, because every family has that one family member that likes to have sports gear. Fanzz is on the top floor near Abercrombie at Barton Creek Square Mall.

I also like Fanzz, because my brother used to work there so we get a lot of discounts on Jerseys and other sports gear. And when he came home everyday he would be covered in that smell, the smell of new jerseys.

I would be all over him when he came home. Another reason I like Fanzz was browsing for new merchandise the only clothes I would ever give two looks,they always have the hottest new jerseys

I think I just watched the worst football game of my life. The most important and fun game to watch was just plain awful. The announcers said ” this would be a good one.” They were way wrong.

To begin with the game started off in a blowout Seattle just took control of Denver, Denver was never able to fight back into the ball game.

Also the commercials were terrible, most the commercials other the years would make me laugh, not this year.

When the game resumed they showed fans leaving the game midway through the 3rd quarter.

“The weather outside is scary.” I tell myself. It’s pouring down rain and is thundering like crazy.
“Boom… Bang.” “The lighting is louder then ever!” I tell myself. As I watch the rain flood our pool. All our lights went out in a blink of a eye.
“Mom… Wha– What’s happening!?!”
“It’s just a power outage sweetie , can you please go get the mail?
“Mom are you crazy? I’m not going out in that weather.”
“Andrew, do it now!”
“Fine as I head out the door!

As I am sprinting to get the mail, hoping I don’t trip. It seems the faster I run the further the distance gets.
Then the rain stopped and it started to hail. As I run even faster to get to the mailbox.
I finally get there, I take out the mail and sprint for my life. I make it to the door with no breath and I quickly get inside and drink some of my moms hot chocolate.

My favorite animal is literally tons of fun. He is sometimes good and most of the time bad. He always splashes me for no good reason even when I am not in the splash zone. He is the one and only Shamoo!!! I always like to watch him under water with the see through glass, and do flips. The coolest thing that Shamoo ever do for me was letting his teacher surf on his back.
